Adapted from Cookin’ with Corky’s: O’Dillion’s Dry Rub

Yield: 1 cup

¼ cup sea salt

¼ cup brown sugar

3 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. oregano

1 tsp. smoked paprika (any paprika will do)

1 tsp. allspice

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and store in an airtight container. Season meat before cooking or use in meat mixture.
