Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 apples
Canola oil for frying
Prepare the Batter: Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and slice the apples into approximately ½-inch thick rounds. Pat dry.
Heat the Oil: Heat the oil to 350°F.
Coat the Apples: Dip the apple slices into the batter, letting any excess batter drip off.
Fry the Fritters: Fry the apple slices for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Finish with Topping: Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
